Clonskeagh

This was a challenging project from start to finish, design was complicated due to the two-tiered garden and there was no side access, so everything went through the house. The brief was full of wonderful ideas so our job to get as much in as possible. We managed to get everything on the wish list, even the storage unit. What we created in this space was spectacular, walking from the house straight out onto Egyptian limestone paving leading to the outdoor living room, complete with an Il Forno pizza oven, built in beefeater BBQ, storage units and drinks fridge, to the other side of the patio steps up to the upper level of the garden with a floating bench set into the raised planter along the back, an artificial lawn was a must so our 50mm Grand Residence was used.
